Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior ETL QA Engineer to lead data validation and quality assurance efforts for large-scale healthcare data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and a strong background in healthcare domains such as medical and drug claims. You will be responsible for defining automation strategies and ensuring data integrity through a continuous and iterative testing approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Validation & Profiling: Perform extensive data analysis and profiling to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of ETL processes.
- Test Automation: Define, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, covering functional, end-to-end, and performance testing.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive testing strategies and expand automation test suites based on established standards and techniques.
- Continuous Quality: Ensure software and data quality through iterative testing in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders.
- Performance Testing: Monitor and optimize query performance within Snowflake and traditional database environments.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

- ETL Testing: Proven experience in testing complex data pipelines and data warehouse environments.
