Job Description


Our client is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Community Engagement Manager to lead impactful philanthropy and employee engagement initiatives across a designated region. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly collaborative professional who thrives on building partnerships, driving community impact, and elevating brand presence through meaningful programs. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, event leadership, and organizational skills, paired with a passion for social responsibility and community connection.

This role is fully remote; applicants must reside in OR, WA, UT, or ID. Candidates must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours and maintain flexibility to support occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho.

Community Engagement Manager (Remote) Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of local community events, including logistics, promotion, tracking, and on-site coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, internal leaders, and community stakeholders.

Community Engagement Manager (Remote) Qualifications

  • Strong event planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization and influence diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with AI tools is a plus.
