VENTEON is hiring a Plant Human Resources Manager to work in Texas. You will lead human resources functions for an automotive manufacturing plant. This includes leading the human resources team, handling employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, reporting management and providing overall plant support.
POSITION TYPE: Full Time. Direct Hire. In plant daily.
PAY: $80,000 to $100,000 annually plus PTO and strong benefits package.
RELOCATION: A one- time sign on bonus is available for qualified USA candidates interested in relocating.

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum 6 years of plant human resources management experience required.
- Certifications such as SHRM or HRCI a plus.
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is required.
- Union labor relations experience required.
- Strong experience with managing Talent Acquisition programs.
- Technical: Experience with HRIS systems required. MS Office including advanced Excel capability. Capable of working with data from multiple systems.
- This role requires a bilingual professional (English & Spanish).

Duties of the Plant Human Resources Manager
- Provide direct leadership for plant Human Resources team members.
- Perform under the direction of the corporate leadership team. Understand and handle development for requested organizational changes.
- Make use of the Toyoda Way management principles to set a culture of respect for others and take part in ongoing continuous improvements. Set the standard and act as an example for a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
- Ensure a safe, productive work environment.
- Manage all recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention activities.
- Optimize HRIS systems to increase efficiency.
- Handle escalated human resources issues. Show professionalism while conducting investigations and terminations. Maintain confidentiality. Consistently apply policies across the board to ensure fairness to all employees.
- Facilitate meeting as needed. Ensure proper communications for English and non-English speaking team members.
- Generate data, reports, graphs and make presentations on human resources related KPI’s.
- Collaborate with finance on payroll, budgeting, and cost tracking. Utilize high-level Excel skills for HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning.
- Support audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Analyze operations, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
