What You Will Do
- Design, develop, audit, and deploy smart contracts (primarily Solidity / Rust) across EVM-compatible chains and beyond
- Architect and implement DeFi protocols, including liquidity pools, staking mechanisms, vaults, and on-chain governance systems
- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to build seamless dApp integrations
- Conduct thorough code reviews and internal security audits; coordinate with external auditors
- Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and performance
- Stay at the forefront of blockchain developments — new L2s, zkRollups, cross-chain standards, and emerging EIPs
- Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our blockchain infrastructure
What We`re Looking For
Must-have:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in smart contract development (Solidity and/or Rust)
- Deep understanding of EVM, gas mechanics, and contract security patterns
- Experience with frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Anchor
- Solid understanding of DeFi primitives: AMMs, lending protocols, yield strategies, oracles
- Familiarity with OpenZeppelin libraries, ERC standards, proxy patterns (upgradeable contracts)
- Strong knowledge of blockchain security vulnerabilities (reentrancy, front-running, flash loans, etc.)
- Experience with testing frameworks and writing comprehensive test suites
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync, StarkNet)
- Knowledge of cross-chain protocols (LayerZero, Wormhole, Chainlink CCIP)
- Background in formal verification or smart contract auditing
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Understanding of zero-knowledge proofs and zkSNARKs
