Job Description


We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to manage layered enterprise applications on Windows Virtual Machines, oversee packaging and deployment with SCCM, automate operational tasks using PowerShell, and optionally support Azure DevOps-based CI/CD processes.

This role emphasizes stability, automation, patching, release coordination, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications hosted on Windows infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain scripts using Windows Batch scripting PowerShell YAML
  • Manage system configurations using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Sufficient understanding of Windows Server 2022 and VMware environments Azure Cloud
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Monitor system performance using New Relic and Sensu
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve system reliability
  • Document procedures best practices and solutions clearly and comprehensively
  • Lead incident response efforts for critical issues
  • Ensure security and quality compliance to meet organization standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a Windows environment
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server 2022 administration and VMware management
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) New Relic Sensu
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving issues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A quick learner who can adapt to new technologies effectively
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
