- Conduct outbound email outreach campaigns
- Present our service solutions clearly and persuasively
- Generate qualified sales meetings
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Meet weekly outreach and performance targets
- Collaborate with the International Sales Manager

Compensation Structure
- Monthly Salary: PHP 14,000
- 30-day probationary period (orientation and performance evaluation)
- Salary payments begin from the second month
- The first month’s salary will be accumulated and paid after six months of continuous operation
Performance-based incentives may be introduced based on results.
Requirements
- Strong written English communication skills
- Confidence in sales and persuasion
- Experience in email marketing or outbound sales is preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and business services
