Location: Chennai (Work from Office Newt Global)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Head (Technical) with strong consulting and enterprise delivery experience to lead large-scale digital transformation and technology programs. The ideal candidate must have prior USA onsite experience and a strong background working with global system integrators such as TCS, HCL, Wipro, Infosys, or Cognizant.

This role requires deep technical expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage large distributed teams while driving end-to-end delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large enterprise IT programs across cloud, data, digital, and application modernization initiatives.
• Own delivery P&L, governance, resource planning, and client relationship management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to US clients and executive stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional technical teams including architects, developers, DevOps, data engineers, and QA.
• Establish delivery frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee program planning, risk management, budgeting, and escalation handling.
• Ensure successful onsite-offshore coordination and global delivery execution.

• Lead consulting engagements including assessment, transformation roadmap, and implementation strategy.
• Participate in pre-sales, RFP responses, solution estimation, and client presentations.
• Mentor senior technical managers and build high-performance delivery teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT industry experience with strong technical foundation.
• Proven experience as Delivery Head / Program Director / Senior Delivery Manager.
• Mandatory prior USA onsite client engagement experience.
• Strong exposure to global implementation partners (TCS, HCL, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant).
• Experience handling multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts.
• Deep understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Platforms, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
