Must-Have Skills (Required)
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- Proven experience leading Pricing Software Implementation projects - Price Optimization, Management, or CPQ platforms such as PriceFx, Vendavo, Zilliant, or PROS
- Enterprise-level experience managing multiple, highly complex, large-scale, cross-functional, multi-year projects concurrently
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- Experience defining project metrics, KPIs, ROI analysis, business cases, and delivering stakeholder status reports
- Hands-on experience working with Agile development teams
- Ability to understand technical challenges and plan execution accordingly
- Strong skills in risk management, scope control, dependency tracking, and resource balancing
- Excellent communication skills - translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
