About The Role

This position offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement, with reporting requirements to Mountain View, CA, or Washington, DC, as dictated by business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in large-scale distributed systems or AI/ML infrastructure
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin
- Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI/ML models or intelligent agents
- Proven track record of technical leadership, including mentoring and leading cross-functional initiatives

- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI agents from conception to deployment
- Define and drive the technical strategy for the AI agent platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance
- Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Conduct complex code reviews, system design reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges within the AI infrastructure
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and software engineering to enhance technology stack
