About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at TruVoice. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated software systems that leverage AI and data analytics to provide real-time insights to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other engineering professionals, to build scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions. Your expertise will help shape the future of our AI-driven products and enhance the capabilities of our platform. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in building production-grade software at scale.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and agent-based applications, including designing tool interfaces, orchestrating workflows, handling failure modes, and deploying user-dependent solutions.
- Proficiency in agent evaluation techniques such as creating golden datasets, performing offline evaluations, scoring tool calls, and utilizing results to optimize prompts, models, and system architecture.
- Strong expertise in React, including component design, state management, and performance optimization.
- Solid experience in Java with Spring Boot, complemented by proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous messaging, and modern service architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Design, develop, and operate agent-based software capable of executing multi-step tasks utilizing tools, memory, and stateful workflows, employing frameworks like LangGraph or equivalent.
- Create and maintain evaluation pipelines for large language models and agent quality assessment, including offline evaluation suites, regression tests, tool-call scoring, and dashboard development for actionable insights.
- Lead the development of React-based front-end interfaces with a focus on clean architecture, effective state management, and optimal performance.
- Design and implement backend services, REST APIs, and data models using Java (Spring Boot) and Python to support scalable solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture design for multi-tenant infrastructure, authentication, and asynchronous messaging systems.
- Support features for native iOS applications, including UI development, networking, push notifications, and release management.
- Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
