We are establishing our new Operational Hub in Limassol, Cyprus and are looking for a new key employee on the ground. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to drive the next phase of growth for a scaling international brand and work directly with the founder.
The Role
As our Marketing & Growth Manager (German-speaking), you are the engine behind everything that drives revenue in our core market Germany. You own our landing pages, manage our ad agency, build our email flows, and prepare new markets for launch β you make sure every campaign, every channel, and every customer touchpoint is set up to convert. You don't just plan β you ship.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
πΒ Performance Marketing & Agency Management

- Own our Performance Marketing -- we usually collaborate with Meta Ads agencies: you are not required to manage our campaigns on a day-today level.
- Instead: manage weekly agency check-ins, KPI tracking (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM), and creative feedback; challenge the agencies, be on top of what they do and help us double-down our social ad game
- Ensure campaigns reflect LAB46's brand tone and positioning
- Maintain a Performance Learning Register (best angles, hooks, creatives)
- Manage localization and translation of ad campaigns for international markets
π―Β Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and A/B tests (Shopify landing page builder)
- Analyze the full funnel (ad click β landing page β cart β purchase), identify drop-offs, and fix them
- Run systematic A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, layouts, and pricing displays
- Brief the ad agency with landing page URLs, UTM parameters, and conversion targets
π§Β CRM & Retention (Klaviyo)
- Build and optimize automated email/SMS flows: welcome series, post-purchase, replenishment reminders, win-back sequences
- Plan and execute 1β2 newsletters per month aligned with product launches or seasonal themes
- Manage customer segmentation and targeted campaigns
- Track email KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue per send) and report monthly

πΒ Market Expansion & Localization
- Prepare and launch new geographic markets (UK, NL, FR): translate and adapt landing pages, product descriptions, and checkout flows
- Research market potential, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements before entry
- Coordinate local content adaptation with our creative team
- Manage go-live across website, ads, fulfillment, and customer support for new markets
πΒ Channel & Campaign Coordination
- When a campaign launches, you ensure landing pages are live, ads are running, emails are triggered, and social media is briefed β all at the same time
- Manage the flow of creative assets between our designer, social media lead, and ad agency
- Prepare our TikTok presence: identify creators, set up Spark Ads infrastructure, coordinate first test campaigns
What We Are Looking For
- Experience:Β 2β4 years hands-on in E-Commerce Marketing, Growth, or Performance Marketing β ideally in a D2C or startup environment
- Data:Β You are comfortable with Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager. You pull insights from numbers, not gut feeling
- Landing Pages:Β You have built, tested, and optimized landing pages. You understand what converts and why
- CRM:Β You have set up email flows in Klaviyo (or similar) and understand retention marketing
- Tools:Β You are comfortable building workflows and templates in ClickUp (or similar like Asana/Monday). Notion experience is a plus
- Language:Β Fluent English (C1+ or native) is a must β you write landing page copy, email flows, and campaign briefs in English. Other European Langauge, specifically German, is a plus.
- Mindset:Β You don't wait for instructions. You see a gap, propose a solution, and execute. You are equally comfortable building a Klaviyo flow and jumping on a call with the ad agency
- Location:Β Based in Cyprus with valid work permit (EU citizen or existing permit). Flexible hybrid setup β remote-first, with our private office in Limassol available
