- Collaborate with leaders on strategic workforce planning, succession, and talent development to build strong, future-ready teams.

- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
- Navigate complex workplace matters, including investigations, progressive discipline, and terminations, with professionalism and empathy.
- Act as a key liaison with Union Business Representatives, supporting a collaborative and respectful work environment.
- Design and support career development plans, identify training needs, and help foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Lead the execution of core HR programs like compensation planning, performance management, and talent reviews.
- Be a change champion, helping teams adapt and thrive through transformation.
- Communicate HR initiatives clearly and consistently, ensuring employees feel informed, supported, and engaged.

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a unionized, industrial environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is an asset).
- CPHR designation or progress toward completion is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and drive change across all levels of the organization.
