We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer specializing in Selenium, Java, and Karate for a full-time remote role located in Ecuador. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for software applications to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating closely with development teams, identifying and documenting bugs, performing thorough regression testing, and maintaining detailed records of testing processes. You will actively contribute to improving testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks while ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes, Quality Control practices, and Quality Management systems
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Auditing
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium and Java for automated testing
- Experience in API testing using Karate framework is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools is a plus
- Relevant certifications in QA automation or software testing are advantageous
