Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcast, email, broadcast channel, and paid media as a compounding ecosystem
Build and manage paid media campaigns including event advertising, allocate budgets, and ensure ROI across Meta and other platforms
Run email marketing division including newsletter, segmentation, lifecycle, and list growth with focus on open rate, click-through rate, and deliverability
Lead social media department and email team, set priorities, and hold accountable performance metrics
Own analytics and build a single performance dashboard with benchmarked KPIs across all channels
Grow revenue through sponsorships, creator monetization, live experiences, and new partnerships across US and Middle East markets
Coordinate with podcast production and bookings to align growth with editorial direction
Develop AI-and-community product features including guest-knowledge avatars and creator community hub

The Opportunity

BMG is hiring a Head of Growth to own the entire growth function and lead the Growth & Social department. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. Growth for BMG means one thing above all: increasing downloads and listens on the podcast, driven through social, email, and paid, and building the audience and funnels across every channel into a single compounding engine. You will set the strategy, lead the team, own the data and the paid budget, and carry the company into its next phase. This is a builder's seat - we are hiring one leader to own it end to end and stay to build it, not to churn through it.


The Dual Mandate

  1. Media and audience growth
  • You own how the audience grows: podcast downloads and listens as the north-star metric, driven through social, email, and paid; platform reach across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; the influencer and creator ecosystem; and the community and funnels that tie it together.
  1. Company and commercial growth
  • You own how the business grows: revenue and monetization (sponsorships, partnerships, creator and community revenue, live experiences), client and creator acquisition, and market expansion across the US and the Middle East - growth that directly strengthens the raise, since our audience and data are the asset.


What You Will Own

Growth strategy and the show

  • Own end-to-end growth across every channel (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcast, email, Broadcast Channel, paid) as one compounding ecosystem, with growing podcast downloads and listens as the north-star metric.
  • Co-own the show's strategy and editorial direction with the founder, including the relaunch and the category expansion, and run a performance-led model rooted in data, not guesswork.
  • Paid media and advertising
  • Build and manage the paid strategy end to end - allocate ad dollars, plan campaigns (including for events), and tie every dollar to funnels and ROI across Meta and other platforms.
  • Own the technical back end - pixels, tracking, and attribution - and build and manage the ad strategy with the vendors and agencies that execute it.
  • Email marketing and lifecycle
  • Run the email marketing division - newsletter, segmentation, lifecycle, and list growth - with deep command of open rate, click-through rate, and deliverability, using email as a primary driver of podcast listens and conversions.
  • Social growth, funnels, and platforms
  • A strong, hands-on command of Instagram and TikTok - move metrics across platforms, generate content that scales and builds engagement, grow the Instagram Broadcast Channel, and build the social funnels and pages.
  • Know the YouTube back end and how to grow the channel, and understand how to scale a podcast platform from a growth standpoint.
  • Data and analytics
  • Own all analytics; build and run a single performance dashboard with benchmarked KPIs; and bring deep fluency with the data, the metrics, and the numbers. This is non-negotiable.
  • Team and department leadership
  • Run the social media department and the email marketing division: build, lead, and hold accountable the Social Media and Digital Strategy Manager, the email team, and content support; set priorities, run the weekly cadence, and raise the bar on quality, consistency, and follow-through. Coordinate with podcast production and bookings.
  • Monetization, partnerships, and commercial growth
  • Grow revenue through the sponsorship model, creator monetization, live experiences (ZENOS, Supper Clubs, retreats), and new partnerships; drive client and creator acquisition and market expansion across the US and Middle East; and understand growth in service of the capital raise.
  • The next chapter
  • Help build and scale our internal owned-media platform - the move toward an AI-and-community product (guest-knowledge avatars, a creator community hub, funnels from Spotify, Apple, and YouTube) - and bring AI and automation into the operation.
  • Founder partnership
  • Work directly with the CEO to turn vision into execution, and position the company and the show in a competitive, culture-driven market.


Who You Are (Required Qualifications)

  • 8+ years in growth, media, or social, at a senior or executive level, including building and leading teams.
  • You come from the industry. You have grown a media brand, a podcast, a creator or influencer business, or a founder's platform - ideally in health, wellness, longevity, or a culture-driven consumer space. This is not your entry point into media; you have done this before, at a place like a leading creator network, a podcast studio, or a founder-led media company.
  • You have built for founders, CEOs, and creators, and you understand how a founder-led company grows.
  • Full-stack growth command - social (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube including the back end), podcast growth, email and lifecycle (open rate, click-through, deliverability), and paid media (pixels, budgets, attribution, ad vendors).
  • Commercial instinct - sponsorships, partnerships, monetisation, and revenue - and comfort operating in the language of the business and its investors.
  • International experience and the range to grow an audience across the US and the Middle East.
  • Deep KPI and data discipline - you hit deadlines and you scale numbers; you do not need to be taught the fundamentals of media or growth.
  • An in-house operator who wants to pour 100% into one company and one mission, not split across clients.
  • Hungry, ambitious, and stable - you want to build something you can point to and say "we built that," and you thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led, capital-raising environment.


What Success Looks Like in the First 30 Days

  • The department is running on a clear strategy and the weekly content cadence, with priorities set and the team accountable.
  • A single KPI dashboard is live across social, podcast, email, and paid, with benchmarked targets agreed.
  • The core funnel (social and paid to email to show) and the paid framework (pixels, tracking, vendor plan) are built and moving, with podcast growth as the throughline.
