B2B Sales Digital Marketing Executive – AU/NZ Market
Company: Concentrix
Location: NU Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (Accessible via LRT KL Sentral)
Working Hours: Normal Office Hours, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across the Australia and New Zealand market
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual client meetings
- Pitch and sell digital advertising solutions including paid media campaigns
- Understand client business objectives and propose suitable ad strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term account growth
- Collaborate with internal campaign and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, or ad-tech industry
- Proven experience selling or managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Strong hunter mindset with new business development experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach and pitching digital solutions to business owners
- Target-driven with strong objection handling and negotiation skills
- Experience working with AU/NZ market is an added advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English
