B2B Sales Digital Marketing Executive – AU/NZ Market

Company: Concentrix

Location: NU Sentral, Kuala Lumpur (Accessible via LRT KL Sentral)

Working Hours: Normal Office Hours, Monday – Friday

Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across the Australia and New Zealand market
  • Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual client meetings
  • Pitch and sell digital advertising solutions including paid media campaigns
  • Understand client business objectives and propose suitable ad strategies
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term account growth
  • Collaborate with internal campaign and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, or ad-tech industry
  • Proven experience selling or managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Strong hunter mindset with new business development experience
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and pitching digital solutions to business owners
  • Target-driven with strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with AU/NZ market is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Language Requirement: Fluent in English
