In this role, you will take ownership of the full-cycle hiring process for technical functions, including engineering, machine learning, research, infrastructure, and product teams. You will act as a strategic partner to technical leadership, translating hiring needs into actionable recruitment plans and building high-quality talent pipelines across Europe and globally. Accountabilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for all technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding.
- Partner with engineering, research, and product leaders to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and align hiring plans with business strategy.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for competitive technical roles across Europe and globally.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes, ATS workflows, and technical interview loops for consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Coordinate interview panels, train internal interviewers, and uphold high evaluation standards.
- Track hiring metrics and provide leadership with insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and process bottlenecks.
- Represent the company externally through tech community engagement, events, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.

- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, focused on technical hiring (engineering, ML/AI, research, infrastructure) in high-growth or complex environments.
- Proven ability to hire across multiple technical functions and seniority levels.
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and structured technical interview frameworks from scratch.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior technical leaders and align on talent priorities.
- Deep understanding of the European technical talent market, employment norms, visa/work-permit considerations, and competitive dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, Gem, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and candidate engagement skills.
- Interest in AI/ML and motivation to support teams building foundational technology.
