Permanent People are working with an established and highly respected specialist recruitment business in Brisbane to hire their first Principal Consultant as part of an exciting growth phase.

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced UK or Ireland-based contract tech recruiter who’s been thinking seriously about making the move to Australia — and wants to join a business at the perfect moment.

The Opportunity

You’ll be working directly alongside the founder/owner, a proven expert in the contract IT market, helping to build out a high-performing desk within a business already recognised for its deep product-led expertise.

The focus is firmly within enterprise technology markets such as:

• Dynamics 365
• ERP / CRM
• FinOps
• Salesforce
• SAP
• Microsoft ecosystem

This is a fast-paced, high-trust environment where you’ll have autonomy, support, and genuine long-term progression.

Who They’re Looking For

This role will suit someone who has:

• Strong experience in contract tech recruitment (agency side)
• A proven track record in 360 billing and client development
• Exposure to enterprise systems markets (Dynamics, ERP, CRM etc.)
• The ambition to relocate to Brisbane and build something meaningful
• A desire to step into a senior role with future leadership potential
