Accountabilities
- Lead the full intake-to-roadmap process for enterprise AI initiatives, translating business needs into clear epics, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Prioritize initiatives using strategic frameworks to ensure focus on high-impact, measurable outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, actionable backlog and support smooth execution through discovery, dependency mapping, and release coordination.
- Partner cross-functionally with AI engineering, IT operations, security, procurement, finance, people operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure compliant and scalable delivery.
- Define and track success metrics, including adoption, time savings, workflow efficiency, and business impact.
- Drive change management and adoption strategies so new AI workflows are embedded into daily operations.
- Contribute to organization-wide AI fluency by supporting enablement content, training, and best-practice guidance.

- 4+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or product operations delivering internal tools, platforms, or automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, including backlog management, user story creation, prioritization, and sprint support.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate complex concepts into clear decisions and outcomes.
- Experience defining success metrics and using data to guide prioritization and iteration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- High comfort working in ambiguity, with a strong ability to bring structure, clarity, and focus.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI, with a desire to continuously learn and adapt.
