We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing financial records and reports, with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and accounting transactions, to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records.
• Prepare asset and liability entries on an accrual basis, in accordance with Cyprus accounting and tax regulations.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and prepare balance sheets and profit & loss statements for management.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and
• payments, using QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with the Finance team in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and
• cash-basis reports.

• Collect, review, and upload invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to both the server and accounting software, ensuring proper organization and data integrity.
• Assist external accountants and auditors by providing supporting documentation on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Accountant.
• Proven hands-on experience with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Greek.
