Key Management & Reporting
- Manage the complete accounting cycle including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Oversee internal financial controls and audit coordination.
- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and improve financial systems, policies, and SOPs.

- Provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

- Monitor business performance using KPIs and financial analysis.

- Evaluate investment opportunities and manage financial CFA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or Masters degree in Finance / Accounting, Full Time, Distance not acceptable. Additional certifications in financial analysis or management will be an Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance (preferably in a managerial role).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, auditing principles, and financial reporting.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, trading, or distribution industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems, or Dynamics 365.
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
