• Plan, design, and execute test plans for complex business solutions, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and compliance across multiple platforms
• Evaluate business, functional, and non-functional requirements, analyze gaps, and ensure clarity and testability
• Analyze and report test execution results, create detailed documentation, and champion the use of AI tools to enhance productivity
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives
• Conduct backend testing (REST/SOAP) and utilize SQL for data verification
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical skills and a QA mindset or solid BA capabilities
• Familiarity with backend testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, and UI automation
