- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting in various Information Technology related roles (help desk, network engineer, software engineer, architect, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication, professionalism, and experience recruiting for high level managers, directors, and C-Suite staff.
- Proficiency with an ATS such as Dayforce or a similar system.

Job description:
A client of Insight Global's is looking to bring on a Senior IT Recruiter to lead the technical recruitment for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for working with a variety of managers on different IT related roles ranging from a help desk technician to a high-level software architect. Proven experience successfully placing candidates in IT roles and extensive knowledge of various technical components is required. This role is fast paced, and you will be expected to handle multiple requisitions at once. This role is open to ensure the company has an expert IT Recruiter. You will be on contract for 6 months in this role. The schedule is fully remote on EST. The pay rate is $35-$38/ hour based on experience and skillset. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of
employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in
the 401(k)-retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
