He will be entrusted with the full administration of the process of hiring workers from abroad and the incoming training for new employees.
Responsibilities:
• Prepares and completes the full set of documents for applying for work permits (Single Residence and Work Permits, EU Blue Card, etc.);
• Represents the company before the Employment Agency, the Migration Directorate and other government agencies;
• Coordinates the process of obtaining a Type D Visa and legalization of documents for candidates from third countries;
• Provides logistical support to foreign employees (organization of travel, accommodation, medical examinations).
• Supports the process of initial selection of foreigners - including communication with recruitment agencies, specifying criteria for candidates, coordination and approval of candidates for appointment.

• Coordinates the administrative appointment of employees in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code;
• Maintains and updates a database of potential candidates.
• Develops and conducts induction training for new employees (presentation of company policies, culture, safety rules, etc.);
• Provides the necessary resources for the first working day;
• Monitors the adaptation of new employees during the probationary period and conducts periodic feedback meetings.
Requirements:
• Education: Higher (minimum Bachelor's degree);
• Professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Human Resources (mainly training, field work with employees and institutions);
• Specific knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code, the Law on Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria and the Law on Labor Migration;
