Talent Acquisition Specialist – Central Missouri (In‑Person Required)
Locations: Columbia, MO • Jefferson City, MO • Other Central Missouri Centerstone sites
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (1–3 years recruiting experience) who currently lives within 1 hour of Columbia or Jefferson City, Missouri and can work on‑site 5 days/week during the probationary period. Hybrid options (up to 3 days/week remote) may be available afterward based on performance.
Applicants living farther away must plan to relocate and provide a relocation date.

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned regions
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networks
- Screen resumes (including via HiredScore) and conduct interviews
- Support hiring events, career fairs, and community recruitment activities
- Manage requisitions and workflows in Workday (HRIS/ATS)
- Strengthen partnerships with schools, agencies, and community organizations
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes

- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt in a fast‑paced setting
- Tech‑savvy with MS Office/Google Suite; ATS experience preferred (Workday ideal)
- Public speaking confidence and professionalism
- Bachelor's + 1 year recruiting experience or HS/Associate + 3 years
- Must be 21+, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check
