Job Description

Job title: Director of Maintenance Operations

This isn't a role for someone who just manages from an office. This is for a leader who lives on the hangar floor, thrives on the energy of production, and genuinely enjoys building people up. You’ll own the execution of our MRO (Aviation) operations—driving efficiency, protecting delivery dates, and ensuring quality is never compromised. But your real impact? Developing the Program Managers, Project Managers, and Crew Chiefs who make it happen. We need a leader who coaches as much as they drive, who removes roadblocks with a smile, and who builds a culture where teams feel empowered and accountable. If you love the grind of heavy maintenance and leading with purpose, let’s talk.
