They’re now looking for a WordPress Developer to take ownership of their digital ecosystem — ensuring their websites, email systems, and online tools run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
This role blends hands-on WordPress development and maintenance with general IT and web operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing complex, content-rich WordPress sites with learning modules, membership features, and integrations — while also handling the technical foundations that keep everything online and optimized.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure site reliability, responsiveness, and scalability, applying best practices in security and backup management.
- Implement and customize page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar), and handle basic front-end adjustments (HTML, CSS, PHP) for layout and functionality improvements.
- Manage membership systems, LMS plugins (e.g., LearnDash, TutorLMS), and content access controls.
- Configure and monitor hosting environments, domains, and DNS records, including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC authentication.
- Administer Google Workspace (Gmail) — account management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for internal teams on web, email, and domain-related issues.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align web functionality with business and user goals.
