About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven PPC & CRO Manager/Expert to lead our paid acquisition efforts while driving continuous improvements across the conversion funnel. This role combines expertise in PPC campaign management with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization, ensuring that every marketing investment delivers maximum business impact.
You will own the full performance funnel, from scaling paid traffic through Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta, to optimizing landing pages, user journeys, and conversion outcomes through structured experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with product, design, analytics, and content teams to improve acquisition efficiency and revenue growth.
What You Bring
- Strong experience in performance marketing, growth roles, or digital consumer brands
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Experience in A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to manage paid acquisition campaigns and budgets
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on growth, ROAS, and ROI
- Strong understanding of competitor analysis, localization, and content development best practices
- Ability to not only design performance marketing solutions but also execute them successfully
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker, or similar
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into growth actions
- Experience in fast-paced digital businesses (marketplaces, SaaS, legal tech, travel, travel tech, fintech)
- Familiarity with landing page tools and testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize alternatives)
- Knowledge of attribution models and marketing mix efficiency

What You Will Do
Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Acquisition)
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Own campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and creative performance optimization
- Scale acquisition while maintaining efficiency across key metrics, including CPA, ROAS, and LTV
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing of ads, audiences, and messaging
- Evaluate and implement marketing tools and automation for efficiency and scalability
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Lead the CRO roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve landing pages, forms, and end-to-end user flows
- Conduct customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and localization for targeted campaigns
- Plan and run A/B tests and conversion experiments to increase funnel performance
- Use behavioral and performance analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to uncover friction points and drop-offs
- Optimize email marketing and retargeting campaigns to enhance customer journeys
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to implement improvements that increase conversion and customer satisfaction
