Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Agile Project Manager to lead and manage software and IT projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of Agile projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Act as a Scrum Master or Agile PM, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Track project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within scope and budget
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for leadership
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within teams
- Coordinate with distributed teams across multiple time zones (if required)
- Ensure compliance with organizational and client standards

- 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
- Proven experience managing software development and IT projects
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery models
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Trello
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with Canadian clients or North American projects (preferred)
