What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a Level 3 SOC Analyst, leading escalations from L1/L2 analysts and providing expert guidance on complex security incidents.
• Investigate and respond to advanced threats using Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, and other SOC tools.
• Be highly client-facing: communicate findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely incident resolution and continuous improvement of SOC processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a SOC Analyst (Level 3) in an MSSP or similarly fast-paced SOC environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, and common SOC toolsets.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex escalations efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in a client-facing role.
• A proactive mindset with a drive to continuously improve security operations and client outcomes.
• Experience with Google Security Operations (SecOps) is highly desirable.
