In this role, you will take ownership of complex SAP security, governance, and identity projects within large-scale, enterprise environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design and implement secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across cloud and on-premise systems. The position offers high visibility and impact, contributing directly to mission-critical digital transformation initiatives. You will operate in dynamic project settings, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. With exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies, you will continuously expand your expertise while driving best practices. Accountabilities
- Lead SAP Security, GRC, and IAG initiatives across full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations, including brownfield migrations and cloud transformations.
- Design, implement, and manage SAP security architectures covering identity, authorization, governance, provisioning, and compliance.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, define security blueprints, and ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices and project objectives.
- Deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Oversee integrations with SAP cloud solutions and third-party systems, including hybrid and non-SAP environments.
- Ensure robust role design, Fiori Launchpad configuration, and secure access models across enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to governance policies.

- 10+ years of experience implementing SAP solutions, including at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA projects.
- Minimum of 5 years leading SAP Security, GRC, and IAG functions in enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP GRC 12, IAG, and migration from GRC to Access Control.
- Proven experience with SAP cloud security, identity governance, BTP security, and hybrid security models.
- Solid understanding of SAP Activate methodology, SAP Best Practices, and RISE with SAP.
- Experience with security integration across SAP ecosystems, including Cloud Connector, Concur, Ariba, Datasphere, Tricentis, and Work Zone.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% based on project needs.
