For our client, we are seeking a Manager Security Operations (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the security operations team in detection and incident response
- Develop and maintain relationships with security operations vendors
- Collaborate with multiple departments like Security, Engineering, and IT for data protection
- Enhance the company’s security posture through clear communication and measurable outcomes
- Manage practical security operations while engaging in hands-on technical work

- 5+ years professional experience in security operations, detection engineering, or incident response
- 2+ years of management experience overseeing security teams or operations
- Hands-on experience with SIEM and SOAR tools for detection and automation
- Proven ability in incident response strategy and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with cloud security, telemetry, and endpoint security signals
