Overview of the Role

The Senior Marketing Automation & QA Specialist will develop sophisticated QA-oriented marketing automations with significant business impact, working with an ambitious and supportive team to ensure campaign excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining automated QA systems to validate campaign data, audience lists, and message content before launch.

- Developing automated anomaly detection and alerting systems to identify and flag errors across all campaign lifecycle stages, eliminating manual monitoring.

- Developing SQL queries and data validation scripts to ensure CRM data integrity and campaign accuracy.

- Implementing GenAI-powered QA tools to scale quality checks across high-volume multi-channel campaigns.

- Documenting QA processes, creating runbooks, and training team members on quality standards.

Requirements:

- Marketing Automation: 2+ years of hands-on B2B Marketing Automation experience

- AI Automation: Demonstrated experience building AI-assisted automation for quality assurance or data validation

- CRM Skills: Experience with data management, including:

- Data hygiene

- Deduplication

- List segmentation

- Data validation

- Campaign Experience: Multi-channel campaign expertise (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, webinars)

- QA Capabilities: Experience with CRM QA, including automated data validation and test case development
