Job Description
Our Virtual Healthcare Client is searching for a Project Manager to join their team on a 2 month freelance assignment. This role is fully remote and estimated to up to 10hrs a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations for a project tied to the product ecosystem, ensuring tasks are organized, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain and optimize project boards in Asana and Monday.com, including task creation, assignments, dependencies, and progress reporting.
- Partner closely with creative, marketing, and product contributors to ensure intake, feedback, and deliverables flow smoothly across teams.
- Assist in documentation, asset organization, and process upkeep across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Coordinate communication across Slack channels, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
- Provide administrative and operational support to project leads, including scheduling, meeting notes, recaps, and follow-up actions.
- Help identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
- Ensure project assets, messaging, and timelines remain consistent with brand and organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Hands on experience utlizing both Asana and Monday.com
- Experience supporting creative teams or agency style workflows
- Comfortable in a digital first ecosystem
