Project Manager

Our Virtual Healthcare Client is searching for a Project Manager to join their team on a 2 month freelance assignment. This role is fully remote and estimated to up to 10hrs a week. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support day-to-day operations for a project tied to the product ecosystem, ensuring tasks are organized, tracked, and delivered on schedule. 
• Maintain and optimize project boards in Asana and Monday.com, including task creation, assignments, dependencies, and progress reporting. 
• Partner closely with creative, marketing, and product contributors to ensure intake, feedback, and deliverables flow smoothly across teams. 
• Assist in documentation, asset organization, and process upkeep across Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). 
• Coordinate communication across Slack channels, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned. 
• Provide administrative and operational support to project leads, including scheduling, meeting notes, recaps, and follow-up actions.
• Help identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.

• Ensure project assets, messaging, and timelines remain consistent with brand and organizational goals.

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience 
• Hands on experience utlizing both Asana and Monday.com 
• Experience supporting creative teams or agency style workflows 
• Comfortable in a digital first ecosystem
