Founding Product Manager - Agentic AI

The Role

As the Founding Product Manager, you'll own product strategy from day one.

You'll be responsible for identifying customer problems, defining product direction, prioritising what gets built, and working closely with engineering to bring innovative AI solutions to market.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role suited to someone who enjoys operating with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and building products from zero to one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work directly with the founders to define the company's product vision and long-term strategy.
• Speak regularly with enterprise customers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI automation.
• Own the product roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on customer impact and business objectives.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to build and launch new AI-powered capabilities.
• Translate complex AI technologies into intuitive, valuable enterprise products.
• Establish product processes, frameworks, and best practices as the company scales.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and iteration.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience building products from the ground up or joining companies at an early stage.
• Strong customer discovery and product discovery skills.
• Ability to define product strategy and convert customer problems into clear product requirements.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, and business goals.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership and autonomy.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Founding Product Manager or early Product Manager at a venture-backed startup.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or developer platforms.
