As a Product Designer - Core Experience, you will play a critical role in shaping innovative, AI-powered shopping experiences across web and future mobile platforms. You will lead the design of end-to-end product flows, interaction patterns, and visual language, ensuring a seamless, engaging user experience. This hands-on role offers ownership of the design system, enabling scalable, consistent design across conversation interfaces, responsive web, and multimodal interactions. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define design standards, validate solutions, and drive impactful, user-centered product outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your work will directly influence the way users interact with cutting-edge AI technology in commerce.

Accountabilities

• Design high-quality, end-to-end user experiences across chat, web, and future mobile platforms
• Define and maintain interaction patterns, visual language, and design system components
• Produce high-fidelity visual designs, prototypes, and interaction specifications
• Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to refine product experiences
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scope features, validate solutions, and iterate quickly
• Stay informed on best practices for AI-powered, agentic, and multimodal interfaces
• Mentor and guide future designers while raising design quality standards across the team
  
  

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing or AI-enabled products
• Strong expertise in responsive web and mobile experiences, visual design, and interaction design
• Proven experience designing complex systems, multimodal interfaces, or end-to-end flows
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, polished design execution, and exploration
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for cross-functional teams and executives
• Experience working closely with engineering in fast iteration cycles
• Understanding of accessibility, usability, and interaction best practices across platforms
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, 0→1 environments with high ownership
