About the Opportunity
We are supporting a global initiative to relocate a key technology function from Argentina to Poland for one of the most prestigious institutions in global finance. This is a career-defining opportunity for experienced KDB Developers interested in international exposure, high-impact work, and working alongside elite talent in global markets.
This role is fully on-site in Warsaw and requires relocation from Argentina.
Employer sponsorship for work authorization in Poland will be provided.

What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of hands-on KDB/Q experience in quantitative finance (MUST)
· Strong Python skills (experience with back-testing and signal research preferred)
· Solid analytical mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
