They're hiring their first dedicated Technical Sourcer, reporting directly to the Head of Talent. This is a founding role with real ownership. Every hire you source moves the needle for the company.
What You'll Do
- Develop sourcing strategies for technical roles across AI, machine learning, research, software engineering and related functions
- Identify and engage high caliber passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, research communities, professional networks and other channels
- Build targeted market maps and talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach that communicates the company's mission and opportunities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles and refine searches based on market feedback
- Assess candidates' backgrounds, technical relevance, motivations and potential fit
- Track pipeline activity, response rates, conversions and other sourcing metrics in Gem and the recruiting system
- Experiment with new tools, search methods, communities and sourcing channels

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within an AI company or high growth technology startup
- Experience sourcing software engineers, machine learning engineers, research engineers, applied scientists or related technical talent
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, Juicebox or similar tools
- Ability to translate technical hiring requirements into focused sourcing strategies
- Excellent written communication and candidate outreach skills
- Bachelor's degree, top 50 school is a strong plus
- Genuine enthusiasm for sourcing and connecting outstanding people with meaningful opportunities

Compensation and Location
$130K to $160K base plus competitive equity
In person, 3 days a week, San Francisco
