We are seeking a Director of Product who can turn bold vision into real outcomes while helping build and shape a brand‑new product organization. This role requires someone who can bridge strategy and delivery: someone who understands the “why,” defines the “what,” and leads teams to deliver the “how.” You will partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and other cross‑functional teams to build powerful experiences that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate brings deep e‑commerce expertise, strong understanding of API‑driven systems, microservices, and modern platform architecture, along with the ability to scale complex digital products. You will help shape the roadmap, refine operational practices, and establish the structures needed to support a newly forming, high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Translate long‑term product vision into a clear, structured, and prioritized roadmap.
- Convert strategic direction into actionable execution plans that balance innovation, technical feasibility, and user value.
- Communicate data‑driven rationale and expected outcomes to ensure alignment across leadership and cross‑functional partners.
