CDW is seeking a skilled Saviynt IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise identity and access management solutions. This role will focus on provisioning, role management, workflow automation, and integrations across multiple applications, including Workday, PeopleSoft, Active Directory, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, streamlining onboarding/offboarding processes, and supporting day-to-day operations in the IAM environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support Saviynt IAM platform, including connectors, workflows, rules, roles, tasks, and reporting.
- Integrate Saviynt with ERP systems (Workday, PeopleSoft), ITSM tools (ServiceNow), and other SaaS or on-premises applications for provisioning and identity lifecycle management.
- Develop, configure, and maintain REST API-based connectors and endpoints for account provisioning and data write-back.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation in Saviynt, Active Directory provisioning, role assignments, and email notifications.
- Create and manage enterprise roles and application roles, configure entitlements, and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and segregation-of-duties (SOD) policies.
- Configure access certification campaigns, workflow approvals, and micro-certifications to maintain compliance.
- Develop and maintain Saviynt email templates, tasks, enhanced queries, and table updates to optimize automation and reporting.
- Perform day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, and monitoring of IAM integrations.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to onboard new applications, define roles, and automate user access workflows.
- Improve IAM solutions to enhance compliance, audit readiness, and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt IAM platform, including provisioning, workflows, connectors, and roles.
- Experience integrating Saviynt with Workday, PeopleSoft, Active Directory, and ITSM tools.
- Strong understanding of REST API integrations and connector development.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SOD policies, access certification, and enterprise/application roles.
- Experience managing user onboarding/offboarding, entitlement assignments, and automated workflows.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM platform and integration issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
