We’re looking for an experienced People Operations Manager to lead and scale our global People Operations function. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-growing, international environments and understands the realities of global workforce operations, EOR models, and staffing businesses.
What You’ll Own
As People Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end workforce lifecycle across LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Global People Operations
- Lead global People Ops strategy across multiple employment models (EOR, AOR, payroll-only, staff augmentation)
EOR & Workforce Compliance
- Own Employer of Record operations, including contracts, statutory benefits, terminations, and labor compliance
Payroll & Compensation
- Oversee multi-country payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

- Design seamless global onboarding experiences (contracts, benefits, equipment, access)
Quotations & Pricing Support
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to prepare workforce quotations (EOR, AOR, staffing)
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead and mentor People Operations team members
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3+ years in staffing, workforce solutions, HR operations, or global People Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with EOR and multi-country employment models
- Proven ownership of payroll, onboarding, and offboarding across regions
- Experience with MSP programs and enterprise clients is a strong plus

Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of global labor laws, payroll, statutory benefits, and contracts
- Strong knowledge of staffing commercial models (bill rate, pay rate, markup, statutory burden)
- Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and escalation paths
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Tools
- Experience with payroll/EOR platforms (Deel, Remote, Papaya, ADP, Workday, or similar)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for pricing models and dashboards
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling People Operations in a high-growth staffing or HR tech company
- Exposure to LATAM, North America, and European employment frameworks
- MSP ecosystem familiarity (Magnit, Allegis, Randstad, KellyOCG, etc.)
- English fluency required | Spanish and Portuguese strongly preferred
