Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant (Excel) to work on a contract basis to design, develop, and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports. The role requires translating business requirements into functional Excel solutions to support data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build interactive Excel dashboards using pivot tables, charts, and slicers for executive reporting.

• Develop automated Excel workflows with macros and VBA for data processing and analysis.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements for reporting needs.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Excel models and reports.

• Provide training and support to end-users on Excel tools and functionalities.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS), pivot tables, and data validation.

• Experience with Excel macros and VBA for automation and custom functions.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret business data and produce actionable insights.

• Ability to create visually effective charts, graphs, and dashboards.

• Familiarity with data sources such as SQL databases, CSV files, or ERP systems.

• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables and error-free reports.

• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
