IAM Engineer Active Directory / Entra ID
6-Month W2 Contract | Fully Remote (EST Hours)
Client: Large Enterprise Healthcare Provider
Overview
We are seeking a senior IAM Engineer for a 6-month W2-only contract (no C2C / no third-party vendors). This role is fully remote, working EST hours, and blends hands-on operations and engineering in a large, enterprise healthcare environment.
The focus is deep expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID, supporting complex, multi-domain environments.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and support Active Directory and Entra ID in a hybrid enterprise environment
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, replication, and performance issues
- Design and manage Group Policy (GPOs)
- Support identity federation and hybrid identity integrations
- Automate IAM operations using PowerShell
- Partner with security and infrastructure teams on IAM initiatives
- 5+ years of enterprise IAM experience
- Advanced expertise in Active Directory
- Strong experience with Entra ID
- Advanced PowerShell scripting
- Strong understanding of DNS, LDAP/LDAPS, SSL/TLS, PKI
- Experience with Azure, M365, Windows Server, and VMware
