We are supporting a high-growth global SaaS scaleup in their search for an exceptional Chief Product Officer to lead a full product modernisation and shape the next generation of its global platform. This is a rare opportunity to elevate a widely deployed enterprise product into something truly category-defining.


The Opportunity


Ideal for someone who has:

  • Led B2B SaaS products used in manufacturing / industrial environments.
  • Delivered major re-platforming or product modernisation, especially across legacy-to-modern transitions and UX/UI transformation.
  • A strong instinct for design and usability, with an obsession for simplifying complex workflows.
  • A deeply customer-centred mindset - comfortable spending time with users, running discovery, and making insight-led decisions.
  • A track record of partnering closely with Engineering and Commercial teams to drive fast, aligned delivery.
  • A leadership style that blends strategy with hands-on execution: improving product processes, defining operating rhythms, and raising product quality.
  • Experience working with lean teams and constrained resources, making smart trade-offs and scaling product capability thoughtfully.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and develop product and design teams in a scaleup environment.
  • Comfort operating in high-growth, entrepreneurial settings, where clarity, focus, and adaptability matter more than hierarchy.


What You’ll Lead

  • A multi-year platform evolution and complete UX/UI modernisation.
  • Developing of a clear, unified product vision across multiple products.
  • Establishing a stronger customer-driven discovery engine and feedback loop.
  • Designing and embedding the product operating model - processes, rituals, frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment with Engineering and GTM leadership.
  • Growing a focused, high-performing product team through clear leadership, coaching, and smart hiring.
  • Creating a culture of product excellence as the company continues to scale globally.


About You

  • You’ve built and scaled complex manufacturing/industrial SaaS enterprise products for technical, industrial, or operational users.
  • You’ve led re-platforming, unification, or transformation of enterprise-grade systems.
  • You care deeply about simplicity, clarity, design, and customer value.
  • You combine vision with hands-on pragmatism - high on execution, low on ego.
  • You’re collaborative, globally minded, and thrive in fast-moving environments.


  • Location - US East Coast or Europe (Fully remote).
  • Compensation - Up to $170k–275k base ++ package (£135k-£215k base)
