About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Your work will directly influence how our clients' brands engage with their audiences across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mindset combined with analytical skills to develop user-centric designs that are optimized for performance, accessibility, and engagement. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet both aesthetic and functional standards, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a socially conscious organization, contributing to brands that aim to improve human well-being.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within DTC brands or digital agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in eCommerce UI and landing page design
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design processes, ideas, and solutions
• Experience leading design projects and working collaboratively in distributed teams
• Proficiency in UX design software such as Figma and other prototyping tools
• Knowledge of basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of CRO principles and eCommerce web design best practices

Responsibilities

• Create seamless and engaging user experiences for eCommerce websites and landing pages, from initial concept development to high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify design challenges and deliver strategic, user-centered solutions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with brand identity and user needs
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and industry best practices to optimize usability and engagement
• Ensure consistency in design language and adherence to accessibility standards across all digital assets
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews, effectively communicating design rationale and solutions
• Stay updated on emerging UX/UI trends and incorporate innovative techniques into project workflows
