Searchability MENA is partnered with a fast-growing scale-up seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to turn complex operations into streamlined, high-quality product designs for GreenTech and IoT products from the ground up.
You'll own and lead the development and upkeep of a unified design system, ensuring all components, patterns, and typography are consistent and scalable. Creating and testing prototypes with internal teams and end users to deliver intuitive, usable, and business-aligned UX solutions.
This unique opportunity allows you to apply your skills in systems design and data-heavy interfaces to craft intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling experiences.
👀 Here's what they're looking for: 👀
- 5+ years with UI/UX design for complex B2B products.
- Experience in designing intuitive interfaces and workflows for data-intensive applications, translating complex information into user-friendly experiences.
- Expert in collaboration with product owners, internal teams, customers, and front-end teams.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (or similar).
- Skilled at owning projects independently, balancing rapid delivery with exceptional UX/UI quality.
Nice to Have:
- Industry experience in IoT, mobility, energy, or industrial software.
- Mobile app UX experience.
