Product Designer (End-to-End)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer in Ireland.

This role offers the opportunity to design meaningful digital experiences used by global teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. As a Product Designer, you will work end to end on complex product challenges, transforming user needs and business goals into elegant, scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to shape intuitive interfaces across multiple platforms. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration. You will contribute to a mature design system while continuously improving user experience quality. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in autonomy, values impact, and enjoys solving real-world problems at scale.

Accountabilities

• Analyze user needs, customer feedback, and business challenges to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Design impactful, intuitive, and visually polished solutions across web and mobile experiences.
• Own the full design lifecycle, from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity designs, testing, and post-release iterations.
• Clearly present design work, rationale, and trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system by creating, documenting, and maintaining reusable components in Figma.
  
  

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong expertise in both UX and UI design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed product team with minimal oversight.
• Experience collaborating throughout the entire development process, including design QA.
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to balance deep focus and delivery speed.
