Position: Technology Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE

Job Overview:

As a Technology Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our client's talent acquisition efforts, playing a critical role in scaling their engineering and technology teams. You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, data-driven recruitment strategies, and your deep understanding of the tech landscape to attract and secure top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Sourcing: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including AI-driven tools, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and hackathons to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Tech-Savvy Screening: Conduct detailed technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data science, and more.
  • Seamless Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with CTOs, engineering managers, and other stakeholders to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, proactively engaging with passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage data analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics, continuously optimising our hiring processes.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with the marketing team to craft compelling employer branding initiatives that highlight our client's innovative culture and cutting-edge projects.


Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience as a Technology Recruiter with a strong understanding of tech roles, programming languages, and modern tech stacks.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements and engage with tech professionals.
  • Independent & Proactive: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote work environment.
  • ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Sourcing Ninja: Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social recruiting, and leveraging tech communities.
  • Organised & Analytical: Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Passion for Tech: A genuine passion for technology and a deep curiosity about emerging trends and innovations.
