Job Description
We're looking for a Junior CloudOps Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team. This is a fully remote role, working with one of our Telco customers in Sweden. It's ideal for someone at the start of their CloudOps journey who's curious, motivated, and eager to learn. You'll support cloud-based monitoring, logging, and automation across modern, distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Help deploy and configure monitoring and observability tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Support log collection and metrics pipelines
- Keep an eye on system performance and help produce reports
- Take part in incident detection and response activities
- Help document operational processes and simple automation scripts
- Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams to keep systems reliable and running smoothly
- Basic understanding of a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Some familiarity with monitoring or logging tools (Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Basic Linux knowledge and some scripting experience (Bash or Python)
- Interest in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts (a plus, not a must)
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
- EU citizenship
- Are genuinely interested in cloud operations, monitoring, and automation
- Enjoy working in a remote-first, collaborative setup
- Are organized, dependable, and keen to build your technical skills
