The Role:
As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Quant's IT systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical support to the clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT development projects as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support roles, with a background in IT development preferred.
- Agile: experience working in an Agile software development environment with Scrum, Kanban, or similar
- Problem Solving: experience in pragmatic problem solving, focusing on effectiveness and value
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, Js, SQL is a plus
