Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

3dEYE is hiring an experienced SEO professional to evolve organic discovery across search and AI-powered answer engines. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, applying strong SEO fundamentals alongside emerging AEO and GEO practices to ensure accurate, high-quality discovery. 

This is a remote role, open to applicants residing in Central and Eastern Europe:

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve site health using Google Search Console and GA4 (crawlability, indexation, performance) 
• Optimize existing pages to improve visibility across traditional search and AI-powered answer engines 
• Apply AEO and GEO best practices (clear structure, entities, authoritative sourcing, schema where appropriate) 
• Improve internal linking, page structure, metadata, and technical signals to reinforce topical relevance 
• Support non-branded and branded search visibility across defined use cases and industries 
• Partner with the Demand Generation Manager to translate marketing and content priorities into SEO execution 
• Share insights and recommendations to support planning and prioritization 
• Track organic performance trends and communicate impact clearly 
• Use rankings and SEO tools diagnostically, not as standalone success metrics 
• Run limited, structured AEO/GEO experiments and communicate outcomes 

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS/PaaS or technical platforms 
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals 
• Experience optimizing and scaling organic search performance over time 
• Solid understanding of AEO and GEO principles, including how AI-powered search and generative answer engines surface, reference, and summarize content 
• Ability to evaluate new ideas critically, separating signal from noise 
• Comfortable operating independently and prioritizing high-impact work

Evidence required: Candidates should be prepared to share specific examples of: SEO initiatives they owned end-to-end; Measurable outcomes achieved (e.g. qualified traffic growth, pipeline influence, revenue impact)
